Note from the President
Over the past few months our team has worked extremely hard, meeting with the staff and directors of Carroll ISD speaking at ELEVEN staff meetings. It was such an honor and a privilege to spend time with our public educators and staff. During this time we trained the staff on the history, processes and intricacies of Dragons Care. We also answered questions and received wonderful feedback from the staff. It was truly time well spent and we are very grateful to our principals and administration for welcoming us to their monthly meetings.
Additionally, if you have been following us on our social media channels, you have seen we have been receiving an increased amount of grant requests. We are so grateful to this incredibly generous community for fulfilling every single grant request through giving directly or giving to the Dragons Care general fund - some of you by being monthly donors or sponsors. We couldn't do this without your support and the staff has been so grateful.
In this newsletter you will read about several new opportunities to get involved, give back and help us expand our ever growing Dragons Care community. It is our hope that you will partner with us and #GetLoudWithLove for our staff right here at Carroll ISD.

This spring, we have a very exciting opportunity for YOU to help grow our Dragons Care village AND win prizes for free, all at the same time!
Starting on April 4th, we will hold a raffle full of prizes you can win to assist us in expanding our amazing village of supporters. The larger our community becomes, the more we will be able to support our public school educators and staff right here at Carroll ISD. The prizes will feature a donated St. Bernard hat along with a $250 gift card to the store and a $350 gift card to Sundara Spa, as well as additional prizes yet to be announced. Thank you St. Bernard and Sundara Spa for your incredibly generous donations.

Dragons Care was contacted by Tiff's Treats for an amazing opportunity to raise funds for our staff, while also getting to enjoy delicious treats! How could we pass that up!?!
So, we are partnering with Tiff's Treats around Teacher Appreciation Week and Mother's Day to raise funds that will go directly to the Dragons Care.
